"This update directly addresses the feedback from brokers, and is a great example of how AI can work alongside humans to achieve the best results possible."
- Stuart Cheetham, CEO of MQube and MPowered Mortgages

MQube, the parent company of MPowered Mortgages, has enhanced its Marketing Genius tool with a new feature that assists brokers with their compliance checks.

Marketing Genius, launched earlier this year, is available free of charge to brokers. It uses artificial intelligence (AI) and specifically large language models (LLMs) to create marketing content, like social media posts, emails, blogs and vlogs in seconds, aimed at helping brokers attract more customers as well as engage existing customers.

MQube regularly conducts usability testing with a cohort of brokers to ensure the tool continues to meet broker requirements, and says the new feature has been added as a result of this feedback.

The tool will now feed regulatory considerations in accordance with the MCOB into the content creation process. Rather than changing the content directly, it questions any wording which may not align with FCA guidance and prompts the user to consider changing it so that the material is clear and focused on better consumer outcomes. Marketing Genius does not create compliant content itself, but supports the broker to make their content compliant.

Stuart Cheetham, CEO of MQube and MPowered Mortgages, commented: “We are always listening to brokers and taking on board feedback as we develop and enhance our mortgage technology. The reception to Marketing Genius has been overwhelmingly positive. We wanted to take the opportunity to create a tool that helps with both content quality and compliance.
